Terms of Use
Last updated: [FILL IN — effective date]
LekThai is a free tool for practising Thai numbers, available at lekthai.app. By using it, you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because the service is deliberately simple.
What LekThai is
LekThai is a study aid. It runs in your browser, requires no account, and stores your progress only on your own device. It is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial learning.
No accounts, no data collection
There is nothing to sign up for. Your drill progress, streak, and settings are saved in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data will erase them, and we cannot recover them. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Accuracy
Considerable care goes into the Thai numbers, romanisation, and pronunciation in this tool, but no guarantee is made that every entry is correct or appropriate for every context. Thai usage varies by region, register, and situation. Do not rely on LekThai where accuracy is critical — for legal, financial, medical, or safety-related matters, consult a qualified person.
Availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, without notice. Features may be added or removed. There is no guarantee of uptime or of continued availability of any particular feature.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its hosting.
- Do not scrape, republish, or redistribute the content or code as your own product.
- Do not use the service in any way that breaks applicable law.
Intellectual property
The LekThai name, design, written content, and code are owned by their creator. The Thai language itself, obviously, is not — you may freely use anything you learn here.
No warranty, no liability
LekThai is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, and the date above reflects the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [FILL IN — your country / jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules.
